Candlewood Valley Building LLC is embarking on a new project unlike any other in the history of the company. Tom Scallon and Matt Davis have begun the first of a number of phases intended for a beautiful property on Taunton Lake Road in Newtown CT. Development of a private equestrian estate including indoor and outdoor riding arenas, stables, ferrier shop, and other recreational amenities are under way. PH Architects based in Newtown have been developing the property for some time now and things are really starting to take shape. Stay tuned for updates of the progress at the farm as it unfolds.
